Hello friends, in this article, I have told you how to write legal translation, what are the important points of legal translation. There are some basic important points..

(3)Find out the abstract sense of important words in the given passage.

(4)Efficiency in grammar of respective language in inevitable.

(5)Write good vocabulary.

(6)Legal Language is a technical language, thus a translator should be capable enough to enough to understand its technicality.

(7)you must know active /passive rules in grammar..

(8)Since Legal terminology is basically borrowed from Anglo-Saxon and English Language, it is desirable that a translator should have practical Knowledge regarding meaning use of terminology. However Knowledge of of semantic will be an additional merit for a translator.

जब कोई विधेयक संसद के सदनों द्वारा पारित कर दिया गया है तब वह राष्ट्रपति के संच प्रस्तुत किया जाएगा और राष्ट्रपति घोषित करेगा की वह वह विधेयक पर अनुमति देता है या अनुमति रोक लेता है :

परंतु राष्ट्रपति अनुमति के लिए अपने समक्ष विधेयक प्रस्तुत किये जाने यथाशीघ्र उस विधयेक को,यदि वह धन विधयेक नहीं है तो, सदनों को इस संदेश के साथ लौटा सकेगा की वह विधयक पर या उसके किन्ही विनिदृषिट उपबंधों पर पुनः विचार करे और विशिस्टता किन्ही ऐसे संसोधनो के पुनःस्थापन की वंचिनीयता पर विचार करे जिनकी उसने अपने सन्देश में सिफारिश की है और जब विधेयक इस प्रकार लौटा दिया जाता है तब सदन विधेयक पर फिरसे पुनःविचार करेंगे और यदि विधेयक सदनों द्वारा संसोधन सहित या उसके बिना फिर से पारित कर दिया जाता है और राष्ट्रपति  के समक्ष  अनुमति के लिए प्रस्तुत किया जाता है तो रास्त्रोति उसपर अनुमति नहीं रोकेगा |

When a Bill has been passed by the Houses of Parliament, it shall be presented to the President, and the President shall declare either that he assents to the Bill, or that he withholds assent therefrom: Provided that the President may, as soon as possible  after the presentation to him of a Bill for assent, return the Bill if it is not a Money Bill to the Houses with a message requesting that they will consider the Bill or any specified provisions thereof and, in particular, will consider the desirability of introducing  any such amendments as he may recommend in his message, and when a Bill is so returned, the Houses shall reconsider the Bill accordingly, and if the Bill is passed again by the Houses with or without amendment and presented to the President for assent, the  President shall not withhold assent therefrom...
