What is Cyber Crime-we are living in information technology era. Now a days each and every thing is dependents on I.T. Computer is being used in all sectors and mobile is being operated by ordinary man. In other words we can say that without computer and mobile we can't do our activities effectively..
We can define cyber crime as an offence that is committed against individual or group of individual with criminal motive to intentionally harm the reputation of the victim of cause physical or mental harm to the victim directly or indirectly,using modern telecommunication network.
Cyber Crime may be divided into Two categories-:
(i) Crimes that target computers directly.
(ii) Crimes facilitated by computer networks or devices.
Fraud-Fraud facilitated by using computer system include bank fraud, identity theft, extortion and theft is classified Information.
Harassments-Harassments may be in the form of cyber bullying,stalking,hate crime or directing obscenities' to specific individual focusing on gender and others..
Threats-There are two types of Threats Spoken and Written "True threats "Speech/text is criminalized because of "Intent to harm or intimidate" that also applies for online or any type of network.
Cyber Terrorism-Someone who intimidates or coerces a government or organization to advance his political or social objective by launching computer based attack against computer network and the information stored on them is a cyber terriost,hacking activities directed towards individual, families trending to cause fear among people,demonstrating power,collecting information relevant for ruining peoples' lives,robberies, blackmailing etc..
Pornography-In this era pornography we can define easily, because pornography's showing sexual acts in order to cause sexual excitement thorough books,filmes,etc..
